Inspite of repeated appeals to pay to the MTs who have worked with them Snapscribe is not at all responding. This is to inform Mrecord that Snapscribe who is Vendor of Mrecord has been giving HBT work and has not paid Mts. They have given work in the morning and in the night shift. They have not even paid to them Mr. Jaya Mohan who is working and who is told to be the incharge of payment department is not at all responding and they have no intentions to pay to the Mts regarding this so, we request mrecord to save Mts from exploitation of such kind of there vendors.
An email has been sent to mrecord in this regard and a message has been left on there office land phone number.
This message has also been sent to Snapscirbes also.

Whats the legal way to stop these frauds, because posting the messages wont help anyone to get their money back. I guess every week we are hearing some company is fraud. What should be the ultimate solution. Please mention company name before you sign contract and every member has to give their input if they know that person and/or so called company. That will really help.
ReplyDeleteThe catch is, if you search the net, almost every company will be listed as bad by someone or the other and no MT would be able to work for anyone..This company has been mentioned as a vendor of Mrecord, but if you check for Mrecord, seems that they also has not paid money to lot of MTs and vendors saying that their quality levels are low, so if thats the case, what is the way to find out?
ReplyDeleteI dont see the harm in quality deductions. Transcription industry revolves around good quality and you cant expect go get paid for bad quality work.. Losers !!!

ReplyDeleteIt is funny, even the person who has written this has not disclosed who he is, then how do you know if he is saying the truth or not? anyone can post these kind of messages if they hold grudge against any company...the same person who has posted this message has posted complaints against lot of other companies through this forum, I wonder who is the real culprit, these companies, or a MT with bad quality who keeps on bad mouthing everyone who gives him work...
ReplyDeleteif we think from the MTs perspective, it is easy for any company to say that the quality was not good, so we are not paying you. Some companies genuinely fraud and hence use such tactics. If a company finds the quality bad, it can pay at least half the payment on the transcription rates or can make penalties and then end the contract. Simply saying quality was not good and not paying makes no sense.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, there is a solution for such frauds. It is the consumer forum. We can make an FIR in the police station as well and provide all the information regarding the person including the phone numbers, etc. The police does trace them and help us get our money back. It is a fact and in this way, we can teach a lesson to such frauds. Instead of having "kaun bhagega police ke peeche" attitude, have a positive attitude and give a try first, there will be definitely some or the other solution.
firstly we have to note that MT cheating from many companies growing even big companies cheat they give half the payment for the quality see if they want to test the quality they have to see it from the test itself. And some companies make the MT to work upto one day full or one or two weeks full and then stop telling the quality. See other work is not cheating people so beware of hbt giving companies if you do not have capacity to give salary then sell anything you have to give salary dont tell some useless and unwanted reasons. They work for your benefit and you are not giving it is shameful and very nasty.

Most of MT companies cheat in someways. Some companies adopt certain type of fraud. This new type of fraud is like that they give work one or two days and then stop and take another candidates keep telling about quality. If they do for more then 200 candidates they can do work for one year freely without giving payment to any candidates for the work . eg piranha
