I like that, "Night shit allowance." This is essentially a "shit company."
ReplyDeleteWatch out! In the interview they say they'll pay you per line. What they don't tell you is that a line at Medwrite is 72 characters (as opposed to 65 characters elsewhere). So if you are able to do 1000 lines, your line count would drop to 900 lines here.
ReplyDeleteI just resigned from Bangalore BTM branch. It is INDEED a B/S company. At 72 (versus the usual 65 which is what 99.99% of us grew with), you can do the math as below:
ReplyDelete100 minus [(65 divided by 72) multiplied by 100]
100-(65/72x100]
100-90.27
= 9.72. This simply means you pledge your ADLs to the company while you take away 9.72 percent from EVERY job you send across or earn ONLY 90.27% of what you ACTUALLY are due!
They bring the security guard into the room at the time of terminating an employee. Even the guard is embarrassed. Their cleaning staff hang around the entrance to give you a "send off."
