If any of your IM contacts is sending this message beware that there mail id has been hacked and do not fall prey to it. Do not click on that because it is phising site and not log in with your e-mail details. If you login with your email id and password then the id will be taken over and it will start sending your IM the same link as it has sent to you.  Your email will be working without any problem it will send this message when your offline or not logged in so please beware and do not fall to this.
