Dont work to Richland Solution. Only the name is "Rich" but employees salaries and behaviour is "Poor". I worked to them from April, payment date is May 15th, but till now they did not pay for that. They are telling so many stories like client did not pay for them, cheque drop, etc etc so many stories to credit salaries to HTs, keep on postponding. In-house they will give salaries ontime, but they target only HTs. Paise per line is 70 paise "WITHOUT SPACE", but they are getting "WITH SPACE".
For OJT candidates, the company should give salary to them, but superisingly that company took money from OJT to join with them.
Please think before join with this company.
