Atlantic BPO is giving ads everyday in the local papers and in the web sites also. It has been since a year there are giving this ad for Mts and QA to work for them recently this is the ad of 19,000/- plus incentives. First of all why they are not getting MTs to work for them coz of there software precuzye( do not know exactly) with this. The second issue is line count, Mts working for them often complain of getting less lines what they actually have worked. Hope the managment will try to rectify this and make less complicative. Coz hard labour mt goes invain if he is not paid up what he has worked for.

In regard to the comment posted above, I would like to put in my opinion.
ReplyDelete1. The reason why they were giving the advertisement was that they are GROWING and will keep growing.
2. It is not that they are not getting people to work, it is that they are not getting "GOOD" people to work with. when they are paying so high, obviously they required "TALENTED STUFF."
3. As far as the platform goes, being a professional one cannot complain of platform and so on. Because we here dont make the platforms, it is the client's preference. A professional should be ready to take up any work at any given time.
4. The most IMPORTANT OF ALL, MONEY. Line count is the most transparent in Atlantic. If the person has the documents/count, he/she can take the exact incentive (incluiding the paisa). This I am telling from my personal experience. I have been associated with Atlantic for the past 4 years.
