Dear Friends there is no use working for this company as volumes are very low in the day time and almost all you have to work in the night time. There were good days when this company was spryance, but after becoming heartland it has became heartless for the MTs coz there is less work in the day time and the team leads did not respond to any queries. They will respond only after you buzz on chat after 15 minutes, and the software is like this. They constantly keep changing or updating it. Once you have to use 2000 office, but after updation you have to get additional files which you will not be having. This happens so many times and sometimes the file that you have uploaded does not get uploaded and you will be having many problems until someone fixes and you have to wait till the hmtsupport@live.com comes your rescue and removes the file or kills the job. Until then you have to wait for the work. Friends keep last option for the HBT work with heartlandis as it has became heartless towards mts with its no to use rules. In the end you will feel that you have worked has gone in vain if you cannot reach a quality of 85 % payment will be 75 % for 85% quality. And the target is 11,000 lines per month which are impossible to achieve given the work and the quality of the jobs some of them got so much less volume in the end you end up having ear aches by trying to listen to them.
