Bond u mean to say bonded laborer, why without bond you cannot do your. There are many companies doing without bonds getting there work smoothly done and IF U HAVE A BAD MOTIVE OF GIVING LESS SALARY OR NOT GIVING SALARY TO YOUR EMPLOYEES THEN ITS OTHER THING.
