The drawback of this company is that till you get direct upload status, they will pay you 60 paise per line which after TDS deducted comes to 54 paise. Even if you do the trials above 98.5%, the payment remains the same till they give you direct upload status and this process of assessment has no time limits, can go for months. Its high time, you change this field to something other which is indian based, not foreign based where you have no contacts with anyone in name of HIPPA, no laws governing the job Indian or US, no leaves, no progress in payments which have indeed fallen in the last 10 years while inflation kept on increasing. The days are near when even working 24 hours one will not be able to sustain even for bread and butter, which is what this field at the present time has capacity to offer one, unless and otherwise you get sucked!!!!!
