Please do not encourage companies like Jagdamba Infosys. One of my colleagues had a very bad experience with them in the months of February and March 2010. Please inquire more about them. Initially, they will give us work, but later on they will reduce the work stating that they lost some accounts in in-house, that is the reason they have stopped giving the work. This mail will mislead people a lot, they may lose present job and go for this option.

Opinions regarding any company cannot be judged by individual's. It has to be experienced and all companies have its ups and downs. Give some time, things are beginning to change. If you require more information about Jagdamba, you can contact them.

ReplyDeleteFinancially a sound company, but they have to drastically change their management policies/employee policies. Sad to see a financially sound company which has good accounts and good background losing their employee's trust.

DeleteActually the fact is it is Bangalore's no one cheating MT company especially the Jayanagar branch which was spoiled by the 2 great manager's named as sanjay and angelus and they were sitting idle for 10 to 12 hrs a day and was getting 40 to 50 k per month and they were eating companies funds and the main problem was they were deducting 660 rs per month as ESI and it is not an registered company. The main fact was manager's were selecting guys who were very close to them and was cheating and they were not giving incentives and please do not join this company. By chance if you join this company just like a suicide
ReplyDeleteThe actual fact is that they don't have enough jobs, and the worst thing with this scenario is that when you don't meet your targets, you will be paid on a line count basis. Imagine, no nobs and no fixed salary!!!
ReplyDeleteJobs are available only in night shift, but if you get into night shift, you will be put into a tough account because of TAT-meeting issues and again you can't meet your targets. If you don't believe, contact the employees working for this company.
So, the bottom line is... THERE IS NO FIXED SALARY AND NOT ENOUGH LINES TO TAKE HOME A GOOD SALARY.
And last but not the least, TOO MANY POLITICS WITHIN THE MANAGEMENT AND THE MANAGEMENT KEEPS CHANGING. HENCE WHENEVER THERE IS A NEW MANAGEMENT, NEW RULES ARE APPLIED ACCORDING TO THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND THESE NEW RULES ARE ONLY TO WORSEN AND PRESSURIZE THE ALREADY EXISTING EMPLOYEES.
