| I have three years experience, many MTS are giving me advice not to join in Accentia, CKar and Transyne in Big companies. I want to know why,....... Please MTs who are working in those companies please respond................. LET THE ALL THE MT KNOW TRUTH :-) | |

ReplyDeleteWell guys, I do not what and how this information reaches you... in fact I have my friends working in these Companies and they have to say lot of good things about these Companies, especially Accentia. I am told that getting into the Company is not easy as they have a strict recruitment policy; however, once you get in, life is easy. I have been told by my friends that they have an open door policy, you can interact with the senior most person there. Targets are less but earnings are much better. Calibered people have a bright future there. I am actually going there for a test next week after doing a through back ground check. Probably, once I join, I can come and add my personal experience then...
ReplyDeleteI agree. I've had a terrible experience in Transdyne Jail. They're not even worth mentioning. I haven't heard good things about Ckar (the one in Banjara Hills) from anybody. Heard from one Ckar MT that "it's good for MTs only, not good for PR's or QA's." Even Ckar managers, that I speak to, have a low opinion about their own company. Ckar can be company-owned (think the one in B-Hills is company owned) or a franchise. You might want to work with one of the Ckar franchises (rather than company-owned offices). Think some of their franchises are okay. Accentia (formerly Vasant Scribes) did go thru a rough phase where there was a change in mgmt, lot of ppl left during this time. After that, it was bought by Accentia (formerly Geosoft/Iridium). Haven't heard too many negative things about Accentia. I attended an interview at Accentia, Hyd, but didn't get thru the final interview. But looking at their employees/facility, it seemed like an okay place to work in.
ReplyDeleteTransDyne means Trans = Across, Dyne = Pain. So, the name itself gives a hint. Do not join TranDyne, they will squeeze work out of you. I took training from them, and after 3 months of training, they started squeezing work like anything and that too without my consent placed in night shift and blackmailed me to work; otherwise, have to pay the penalty amount and go. I worked for 6 months and finally came out in the midst of the work as I was unable to take any more. The worse companies in MT industry is better than TransDyne. Please guys do not join TransDyne, they will attract youth by giving fake powerpoint presntations, it is a trap. They will take away your certificates and the management makes you dance to their music.
