Rates per line are 1.20 for direct upload. How much an MT has to do for 1.20. It is a pune based company previously offered HBT for mts now after opening there offices in Cochin and Hyderabad. You have to work inhouse for about two months then only you are eligible for taking hbt work. The rates offered by them are very less when compared to other companies.

do not take work from Dovlin...do not encourage those companies who can pay only 1.20 for direct upload work. Save MT industry. This is the time where u can save ourselves from exploitation. Jaago re!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am working with Dovlin for last 6 years after leaving my previous company who used to pay me 1.75/line. I am earning more than 40K to 50K a month in dovlin and I am settled. I think the rate is good when compared to worktype and doctors. Here the work is full of operative reports and they are more of a copy paste kind. Dovlin also offers different accounts which pays 1.5 to 2 per line which I found less economical than Operative reports. So according to me judging any company should be totally based on the worktype and Doctors and not the rate.

in hyd branch there is no support for male employess plss do something for male employes they intrest only female employees plss do some thing msg to pune head branch so
ReplyDeleteIf you have any such issues, you can write that with name and issues. The management is very good and they will entertain your request immediately and that is what we do as I am working there for last 8 years. Your name will get protected. But they will not entertain your complaint if there are no names in the complaint. Also explain situations to Mr. Shiju john, COO, Pune, at shiju@dovlin.com. They will definitely take care of that. I think the owner's email ID is jissmon@dovlintechnologies.com. Also you can ask him to solve if there is really an issue and just not your feelings.
ReplyDeletein hyd branch there is such a things going on there is dangerous for other employes. illigal relationships are going on there. pls take action for that. its going on from few months. plss do something if there is no reaction the company name going down. there is already bad name and bad impression on company.

ReplyDeleteHello Guys....I am an MT for the last 15 years. Why do you waste your time like this for insignificant dialogues. Nobody is forced to work in any company, as you have a lot choice available in MT industry in India today. If you have issues with relations in any Office, you have the option to work from home. If you are not happy with the rate that you get, get work for a rate that would make you happy. Sometimes, if the file quality is bad, even 4 rupees per line wont help you earn a good salary. So, more than the rate per line, the type of file and the time you get paid for what you work is important. Stop this stupid conversation.

ReplyDeleteI am satisfied and stablized. There are no good companies in Hyderabad at all but this one is the best out of them. I guarentee. Considering the quality I am giving, i believe I am getting a competitive salary here. Also it doubled in 1 years from my joining. Good working environment.
ReplyDeleteDovlin is one of the best companies in india. they always take care of the employees the best they can. they have good reputation throughout india. so anybody want to join shud join dovlin without any hesitation. current strength approximately is Kochi 225, hyd 100, and pune 200. heard that they are opening new centers at jaipur or belgaum. am working here for the last 7 years and i found good stability here...... so guys wake up..

ReplyDeleteDovlin is one of the worst companies in india. do not join dovlin in any case. worked there for 9 years from 2004 and no respect to employees and the management is one of the worst management in india, even a tea stall is well managed than Dovlin Healthcare, Dovlin Technologies.
