First of all many many tks for bringing out such a blog or a site so that many MTs can express their views. Let me express my experience to which I am fighting it out in the Court, the decision very much to my side. Enter Technologies at Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala recently trained about 70 people, about 20000 as fees or little less than that and then almost or all packed off as far as information received, maybe they could have few employees just to mint more money as they cant provide jobs on promises before enrolment. I am fighting a court case against them in not paying me the salary and trying to pacify me and giving enough excuses for the delay. The case is before Lok Adalat where the employee does not have to pay a single penny for the case. Cheaters can be booked before Lok Adalat even though there will be little delay, but the case will be settled soon. I did all the night work and they refused to give the contract agreeement even when asked for saying it is a formality. When the work was done as direct uploadable quality, they tried to siphon the amount but I had them on the mat in making them to the court. Case is on Dec 12.

There are laws (consumer court rule that salary has to be paid before 14th of every month irrespective of anything and the other disputes can be settled thereafter. Failure to do so will invite penalty and other charges as applicable.
