Hey do they think that MTs will work 100 mins for just 4000 to 5000. Please be aware of such kind of persons. He actually resembles like vikna prakash who had disappeared after making MTs work without paying them. Please be aware of such kind of persons who wants to exploit MTs. Ortho the standard is 45 minutes and you have to be paid 10,000 to 12,000 depending upon accuracy. Even for the VRS( voice recognition) files on software they are paying 13,000 for only proof reading and not for transcribing MT level only. Do not fall prey to this person. Just imagine 100 minutes will actually line count would be 900 to 1000 lines and even 0.60 ps how much do you earn just think. Do not let such kind of persons they will disappear with the MTs hard work.

How much do the MT companies earn

MT companies earn much more for example: All vendors of Mrecord get a flat rate of 0.50($)cents per line for every uploaded. And the payment they make to the MT who work for them. Now a days companies are demanding minimum 85 % to 92 % from the MT and they pay 0.80 ps per line and Q.A will be getting 0.50 to 0.60 ps per line. How much difference does it make 0.50($) cents =2.50 ps-1.30 ps = 1.20ps companies are getting 99 % profit on the work every MT and QA do. Then also they did not want to pay more for the MT who works. So, friends this is an example of MT vendor then what about those companies who have direct US accounts and at what rate they are earning. This is complete exploitation of the companies. And there are instances where Mts are working for a mere 3500/- to 10,000/- and doing about some 60 mintues of transcription. Worst is the situation of those Mts who have written bond to the companies as they want to be trained by MNC and they are treated as slaves. Hope companies will respond to the MT issues in the near further and give there appropriate share to the MT and QAs.

QTAT BPo solutions is located at Kamalapuri colony, was well established MT company previous back, but it got degraded due to the fact that there is no adminstrator to look afte the company. The company has some of the worst working cases in the MT world "they do not provide Tea for the MTs who work there, tea is usually brought by the attender and it brought counting the MTs number of Mts means number of cups and for one time only and if you want to have a break or something to eat there are not hotels and you do not have any canteen facility. worst for those who do not have home food to carry and it is usually very difficult to get to this area with little buses available. But the payment is good and mostly it is the working conditions that are worst.
The company M.D. Sridhar is fantasized about films and adminstration is not looked upon. You have a lot of hell working there.
But the management can improve working conditons and make MTs to work for them which they are getting shortage.

This is a very good company which gives you test even if you just drop your resume and after that they will ask you to work for them. Payment is prompt and on time. Work is constant sometimes, but fluctuates with time.

Negative point: Do not have constant work flow at times. And of all they do not have samples for the files which they give. The person who allots files is so much confused that in the end you end-up in confusion that which work are you doing.

I have come across people who make you work and dont pay giving silly reasons stating that the company has not paid for the job number which you have worked on. They are big people earning in lakhs, but they do not pay the honest lines you worked on say like Rs 300 and deduct tax amount and dont issue form 16 or refund the amount deducted. One such company is Decipher in Bangalore, Mr. Vinaykumar. Medwrite Company of Hyderabad which started a company in Bangalore stating they will provide pick up and drop vehicle but did not do so till now giving the reasons as not enough people have joined. One Mr. Amar Chandrakanth, Production Manager of the company is the culprit. He lured and revised the salary and ran away from Bangalore. Please be aware of him.

There is a company in pune called ICME. It is run by a person who is a naturopathy graduate. He says I am Dr. Atul Dadhe. He is now trying to cheat people in Mumbai and andhra pradesh after cheating around 800 people in Pune. He sells a useless CD with no material related to transcription and claims even a deaf person can be a transcriptionist after doing that CD.
